Meet Nicholas Harvey

The Social Impact Coach and Inclusion Instigator, Dr. Nicholas Harvey is a voice committed to creating an infrastructure for diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, and justice through leadership development and policy change serving as the Principal and CEO (Chief Empowerment Officer) of Nicholas Harvey Consulting in Atlanta, GA and the founder of Inclusive Leaders Academy.

As a Coach, Consultant, & Strategic Adviser he uses his nonprofit and public policy expertise to help social purpose leaders, across sectors, to achieve their missions for positive change and justice. Nicholas is the principal and CEO (Chief Empowerment Officer) of Nicholas Harvey Consulting, an executive coaching and management consulting practice devoted to co-creating empowered individuals and organizations for societal impact and a more just world.

He is also the architect of NQCLUSIONETICS™ (pronounced inclusion-etics), a proven transformational strategic advisement process for advancing equity, civil rights, racial justice, and equal opportunity. He also co-developed the Cultural Competency in Coaching Framework which assists executive leaders, coaches, and managers to engage others in a culturally appropriate manner. Nicholas is a credentialed member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory and the Intercultural Conflict Style Inventory.
