Meet Dr. Nicholas Harvey

Leadership & Culture Catalyst

Dr. Nicholas Harvey is the Principal and CEO of Nicholas Harvey Consulting, where he helps corporate leaders create high-performing, human-centered cultures that thrive in the age of AI. Known as the Leadership and Culture Catalyst, he advises executives on solving critical workforce challenges recruitment, retention, resilience, and relationships that directly impact organizational performance and profitability.

With more than 20 years of experience across sectors, Nicholas brings a strategic, people-first approach to leadership development, executive coaching, and culture transformation. He is the developer of NQCLUSIONETICS™, a framework for building equitable, inclusive workplaces, and co-developer of the Cultural Competency in Coaching Framework.

Nicholas is a credentialed ICF coach and certified administrator of key intercultural assessments. A former military officer, pastor, and professor, he holds advanced degrees from Georgia Tech, Emory University, and United Theological Seminary. His work empowers leaders to keep their best people and lead with purpose in a rapidly changing world.
